This Section Will Be Updated Weekly With Information About Rolo's Case: Rolo Has A New Lawyer Now And His Case Is Being Retried. See Trial Transcripts Page. Rolo Has Been At The Animal Shelter Since August 24th 2007 and Is Did Well Under Their Care. On Feb. 5th he was moved to Action Kennels in Arvada until his case is decided. The Dog Owner Is In Contact With Rolo Almost Everyday. ROLO HAS BEEN INCARCERATED FOR 6 MONTHS 2 WEEKS The first ten weeks Rolo lost a good amount of weight with no exercise. Since the first Rally Nov. 2nd (Week 10) - Rolo has been allowed to be exercised for 1 to 2 hours a day, in a large outdoor pen with the Dog Owner. Good progress on his health now, after 6 months. He sees the dog owner almost daily and likes to play with his favorite Rock in the snow in the outside pen. Dog owner says Rolo has good spirits and attitude this week AGAIN! "Table Mountain Animal Shelter Has Been Awesome Through Out This Situation"! Dog Owner More info On His Health Will Be Available Here By February 22nd, 2008. At the hearing on Feb. 4th the Judge has allowed Rolo to be moved to Action Kennels in Arvada until his case is decided. He will be released from Table Mt. Shelter on Tuesday Feb. 5th.

Dog owner went before the new Judge Tuesday Dec. 11th to set retrial date. Rolo's Retrial Date is January 11th 2008 9:00 am. It will be decided by a 6 Person Jury.
